Since its creation in 1979, the Moroccan Association for Human Rights (AMDH) has been working on human rights in their entirety. Enforced disappearances are one of its priorities. AMDH fights for the truth for all the disappeared whose fate is still unknown, and supports the victims of disappearance and their families in their fight for their rights. Since the end of the 1990s, the Association has also been monitoring cases of enforced disappearance in the context of Morocco's fight against terrorism.
