For several decades, the families of the disappeared in Morocco have been taking part alongside the working class to celebrate Labor Day.

This year's confinement meant that families were unable to express themselves collectively at the May 1 demonstrations.

The El Manouzi family wanted, in its own way, to declare its solidarity and gratitude to the workers and employees who look after the health and safety of the Moroccan population. Our thoughts today are with the families of the missing and the victims of enforced disappearance, whose fate is unknown.

Together for justice, freedom, equality, dignity and the rule of law.
